Bourke Street Bakery - Retail
Since 2013 we have been working with Bourke Street Bakery (BSB) to roll out their network of cafes across Sydney.
Concrete/stained plywood/brass - Honest, simple materials are featured in the fitout to reflect the all-natural ingredients used in the BSB products.
The cafes are intimate spaces with a ‘lived in’ aesthetic, making the customer feel relaxed, comfortable and cosy as if being at home.
Display for merchandise is designed to be inherently flexible for different product options to compliment the food offer including; cooking books, aprons, tote bags and during the pandemic take-home frozen foods.
